Digital product delivery policy

MJourney Books sells digital ebooks. No physical item is shipped, and there are no shipping charges. The book page identifies the edition, price and online reading access before purchase.

When and where your book arrives

Sign in with a verified email account to buy. After Razorpay confirms a successful captured payment to our server, we add the book to that account's library. Delivery normally takes a few minutes after payment confirmation; pending or failed payments do not unlock a book.

We also send an order confirmation with a library link to your account email. The email is a notification, not the book itself: you can access a confirmed purchase in your library even if the email is delayed or in spam. We do not send book files as attachments.

Reading on the website

Sign in with the same account you purchased with, open your library and choose Read now. Books open in the MJourney website reader on your phone, tablet or computer. You need an internet connection. The reader offers page navigation, zoom, paper/sepia/night themes and bookmarks. It saves your reading position and bookmarks on the browser you use; these do not currently sync across devices.

Purchases provide online reading access. File downloads, printing the book and offline copies are not offered. Access is personal: do not share your account, reproduce or redistribute the content. Our reader uses the original PDF layout; Text view depends on the text embedded in the PDF and may differ from the page layout.

Payment succeeded but the book is missing

Refresh your order page to check the server-verified payment status. Do not pay again while the first payment is pending. If a confirmed purchase is missing or a book will not open, contact us with the order number, title and error message. We will investigate, restore access or supply a working reading edition. If we cannot deliver the purchased product, our refund and cancellation policy applies.

Availability and withdrawn titles

We aim to keep purchased books available for online reading, but do not promise permanent hosting. If a title must be withdrawn and we cannot maintain lawful access or provide a suitable replacement, contact us for a refund review. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
