Copyright & takedown policy

We only sell books whose authors or rights holders have confirmed they have the right to distribute them. Every title is checked for a rights confirmation before it can be published, and we take infringement reports seriously.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice through the help page (topic "Copyright / takedown notice") or email support@mjourneylabs.com with:

• Your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
• The work you believe is infringed
• The link to the book page on MJourney Books
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate

What happens next

• We acknowledge notices within 48 hours and review them promptly. Include the information above so we can investigate and contact the publisher. Where applicable law or a binding order requires faster action, we act within that timeframe.
• Where a notice appears valid, we unpublish the title (status "takedown") and notify the uploader, who may respond with evidence of their rights.
• Repeat infringers lose publishing access.
