MJourney Books at store.mjourneylabs.com is operated by Manoj Kumar, an individual proprietor trading as MJourney Labs. These terms apply to your account, use of the store and ebook purchases.

Accounts

Create an account using your email and password and verify your email before checkout. Keep your credentials secure and use accurate contact information. You must be legally capable of entering a contract; a parent or guardian must make purchases on behalf of anyone who cannot do so.

Digital books and your licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the purchased edition online for non-commercial use. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Books open in our authenticated website reader; file downloads and offline reading are not included. Do not resell, redistribute, copy or publicly share the content. Edition details are shown on each book page; a free sample is only a preview unless the product description says otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout totals are in Indian Rupees (INR), including applicable taxes. There are no delivery charges for online access. The server verifies the current price when an order is created. You must actively accept the checkout terms before starting payment.

Payments are processed by Razorpay using the methods available in its checkout. We deliver only after server-side verification of successful payment. We do not ask you to send card credentials, UPI PINs or banking passwords to us. Enter payment information only in the payment provider's secure interface.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Confirmed purchases appear in the account's library. See the digital product delivery policy for access, file formats and delivery issues, and the refund and cancellation policy for eligibility and processing times.

Acceptable use and copyright

Do not access other users' accounts, bypass payment, misuse reading access or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents or misuse. For a disputed restriction, contact support. Copyright concerns can be reported under our copyright and takedown policy.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to describe and deliver books accurately. Temporary outages and payment-provider delays may occur; contact us if they affect a purchase. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a purchase-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and applicable law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes may be brought before a competent court or consumer forum under applicable law. We may update these terms and publish the revised date here. Changes do not remove rights relating to purchases already made.
