When do I get my book?
After our server verifies a successful Razorpay payment, the book appears in your library, normally within a few minutes.
My payment went through but there's no book.
Wait a few minutes and refresh your order page. If it still shows pending, contact us with your order number. Don't send UPI screenshots as proof; we verify payment status through Razorpay.
How do I read my book?
Open My library and choose Read now. Books open in our website reader on phones and computers, with page navigation, zoom, themes and bookmarks. An internet connection is required.
Can I download or read offline?
Books are for online reading inside the website. File downloads and offline reading are not offered. Your reading position and bookmarks are saved in this browser.
